Steve Arthur – Head Coach
Don Wales – Assistant Coach
Steve is a high school science teacher with more than a decade of coaching experience at Bluevale Collegiate, including five years with the junior boys and six years with the senior boys. Steve is NCCP Level 2 trained, holds a BSc in Kinesiology from the University of Waterloo and has over 15 years coaching boys rep baseball in Waterloo. He played varsity basketball in high school.
Don is a graduate of WLU where he studied Economics. Don is a commercial insurance broker here in the Waterloo region. Don has coached both basketball and softball for the past 10 years. His greatest coaching accomplishment was having his daughter’s softball team finish 5th nationally in 2023. Don played high school basketball in the Hamilton area where he was recruited by multiple schools to play division 1 basketball in the NCAA.
