JUNIOR PHOENIX REGISTRATION IS NOW CLOSED
** OUR JUNIOR PHOENIX PROGRAM IS FOR GIRLS BORN IN 2015, 2016, 2017, 2018 or 2019
JUNIOR PHOENIX is intended to be a bridge between our very successful Jr. NBA program and our equally successful KWGBA Phoenix rep teams.
Junior Phoenix typically runs two sessions that practice once a week from late September through April, on either Saturday mornings or on a weeknight.
Junior Phoenix is to provide girls born from 2015-2019 who have completed one or two sessions of Jr. NBA (or a similar program) with a more advanced program.
The girls will be provided a KWGBA reversible pinnie to wear to practices and any games. They will be expected to supply their own size 5 basketball but KW Girls Basketball does have some which we will offer for sale once the season starts. Full details regarding how this program changes throughout the season will be determined as the season progresses and will be based on the number of girls and skill level in each group.
**If your daughter intends to try out for our U10, U11 or U12 rep team but would like to be part of the Junior Phoenix program if she doesn’t make the rep team, we suggest you register and pay for her to be a part of the Junior Phoenix program now to hold her spot. If she does make the rep team we will be happy to transfer the Junior Phoenix payment to the appropriate rep team registration.
